Beta Program Terms

These Beta Program Terms (these "Beta Terms") set out additional conditions that apply to your use of the Flashvery beta version (the "Beta Service"). To use the Beta Service, you must agree to these Beta Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of the Beta Service

  1. The Beta Service is a pre-release version of our service that is still under development. Features and specifications are experimental and may contain bugs or errors.
  2. The Beta Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees regarding stability, continuity or completeness.
  3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Beta Service.

2. Changes to features and specifications

  1. Features, designs and specifications of the Beta Service may be changed, added or removed without prior notice.
  2. Features available in the Beta Service may be modified or discontinued at the time of official release.
  3. Compatibility of content and data created during the beta period is not guaranteed after the official release.

3. Changes to pricing

  1. Pricing terms applicable during the beta period (including platform fee rates, pricing structures and subscription plans) may be changed without prior notice.
  2. Pricing may be significantly changed at the time of official release.
  3. Special discounts or preferential terms offered during the beta period may be terminated or modified after the official release.

4. Service interruption and termination

  1. The Beta Service may be interrupted without prior notice for maintenance, updates, system failures or other reasons.
  2. We reserve the right to terminate the Beta Service without prior notice.
  3. We will notify users by appropriate means when the Beta Service is terminated.

5. Feedback

  1. Any feedback, suggestions or improvement requests you provide during the beta period may be used by us free of charge to improve the service.
  2. We are not obligated to respond individually to feedback or provide compensation for changes or improvements based on your feedback.

6. Term of these Beta Terms

  1. These Beta Terms apply only during the period in which the Beta Service is provided.
  2. When Flashvery is officially released, these Beta Terms will cease to apply, and only the official Terms of Service will govern your use of the service.
  3. We will notify users by appropriate means when transitioning to the official release.
